Thank you for shopping with ZORITI LTD. This Shipping Policy outlines how, when, and where we deliver orders within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 27 EU Member States, as well as the EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and Switzerland. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at contact@zoriti.eu for a custom quote.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard processing takes 1–2 business days from the time payment is confirmed. During sales, product launches, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
3. Delivery Times & Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping across the entire EU with fast, uniform delivery—regardless of your location.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch, anywhere in the EU.
- Shipping cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and dimensions.
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Express shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
4. Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €75 within the EU. The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts and before VAT. Free shipping does not apply to express or expedited services.
5. VAT, Duties & Customs
All prices on our website are displayed inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable to your country of delivery, in line with EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) rules. There are no additional customs duties for shipments within the EU.
For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom), the recipient may be liable for import duties, VAT, and clearance fees, which are not included in the order total. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor the status of your delivery via our shipping partner’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
7. Delivery
- All shipments require a signature on delivery unless otherwise specified.
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notice with collection or redelivery instructions.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Parcels held at the local depot for longer than the courier’s holding period will be returned to us; redelivery fees may apply.
8. Shipping Delays
Although we work hard to dispatch every order on time, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather, courier disruption, customs inspections, or public holidays. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is significantly delayed.
9. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Parcels
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@zoriti.eu with your order number and photographs of the package and contents. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or investigation with the carrier.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local depot before contacting us. Claims for lost parcels must be opened within 21 days of the dispatch date.
10. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.
