Refund policy

Refund Policy & Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a goodwill policy offered in addition to your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your legal right of withdrawal (see "European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal" below) applies regardless of, and takes precedence over, the conditions of this voluntary policy.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in its original product packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For beauty and personal care products specifically, items must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept voluntary returns on any beauty product that has been opened or used.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@zoriti.eu. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit Instead of Refunds (Voluntary Returns Only)

For voluntary returns under our 90-day policy, we issue store credit rather than cash refunds. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you'll receive store credit equal to the purchase price, which you can use toward any purchase on our website. Store credit is issued within 1 business day of approval and never expires. This applies to voluntary returns only — withdrawals under the EU right described below are always refunded to your original payment method, as required by law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our voluntary return policy, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, sale items, and gift cards. (Note: these voluntary exclusions do not limit the EU statutory right of withdrawal, which has its own legally defined exceptions, listed below.) Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order using your store credit.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification.

Withdrawal period. The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you name) take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several separate parcels, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

How to exercise your right. To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can email us at contact@zoriti.eu, or use the model withdrawal form below — though using the form is optional. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.

Inspecting the goods. You are entitled to handle and inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same way you would be allowed to in a physical shop. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary for this inspection.

Returning the goods. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will provide the return address once you notify us.

Refunds. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but excluding any extra cost arising if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will issue the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Legal exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including: sealed beauty, personal care, or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery (these cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons); goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized; perishable goods; and other categories excluded under EU consumer law.
