Return Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in its original product packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For beauty and personal care products specifically, items must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any beauty product that has been opened or used.

To start a return, please contact us for returns at: contact@zoriti.eu. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit Instead of Refunds

We issue store credit rather than cash refunds. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you'll receive store credit equal to the purchase price, which you can use toward any purchase on our website. Store credit is issued within 1 business day of approval and never expires.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including any beauty or personal care product that has been opened or used, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order using your store credit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Beauty and personal care products must be unopened and sealed. Please note that returns made under this EU cooling-off right are refunded to your original payment method as required by law, rather than as store credit.
